Slimming Super Bowl Tips

Don’t gain weight from the Super Bowl Festivities. Here are my top three tips for making it a slimming Super Bowl:

Before:
Get a good workout in before the gatherings.
Plan ahead what you will eat.
Snack lightly throughout the day.

During:
Drink plenty of water.
Use a small plate.
Eat your veggies first.

After:
Toss out or give away any tempting leftovers.
Workout for 45 minutes within 24 hours to burn those calories.
Plan your meals for the remainder of the week.

Bonus Tip: make goodie bags filled with cut veggies, fruit, popcorn and protein to munch on when you get hungry.
