The Panicking Person. This person panics and go overboard. They skip meals, run in place and try the latest fad crash diet.

The Should Person. They don’t change their behavior. No, they just tell themselves — and everyone around them — what they should be doing.

Which person are you? It’s okay to admit you relate to them. I hope you can laugh at these reactions even if you identify with them. Resist your nature to react in unhealthy ways. Choose health and fitness as your reaction mode.

Summer’s arrival sparks a desire to focus on fitness and energy. Enjoying the season to the fullest. You can be this person. Decide today that health is your birthright. Say it to yourself multiple times a day with a smile on your face and love in your heart.
